“First & foremost, this is solely a review of Viator and NOT the overall Coco Bongo experience. Coco Bongo itself was a ton of fun and I highly recommend going. As for Viator, to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The draw of a “skip the line” ticket is to…well…SKIP the line. Unfortunately, this was not the case with the ticket we purchased. “We got lucky with our tour guide. I can’t remember how to spell her name.. Manitel I think, but she was amazing! She was hilarious and made it special. We all had a great time on this small, intimate tour. I like that they keep the tours to about 10 people. There are several routes within the caves. We did “Enchanted” and loved it. It was also very cool to learn the history and the spiritual component of the caves and the meaning to the Mayans. Highly recommend!”
