Visit Las Coloradas’ pink salt ponds and cruise Rio Lagartos from Playa del Carmen, with lunch, transport, a guide, and hotel pickup.

“The pink lagoon and the Rio Lagartos are amazing. Really recommended, as well as the lunch. The crocodile farm is nice but I felt sorry for the small crocodiles that were moved from hands to hands to take pictures with the tourists. I didn’t like the bus transportation, the bus was really small and there was not enough space for the legs between the seats. The travel is about 3 hours and the same for the return, so having to stay in such a small bus is really tough. The guide provided only 1 small bottle of water for the full day, they should give an additional one for each…”

Swim in Cenote Suytun, spot flamingos at Rio Lagartos, and see Las Coloradas on a private day trip from Playa del Carmen.

“This was a fantastic excursion even for this time of year. The Cenote was truly beautiful and the fish swimming there was a pleasant surprise. Made for great pics with an underwater camera. The rain did a number on us for Lagartos and Coloradas, but still, each were worth the visit. Paulina was an excellent tour guide and provided great information, jokes and lots of laughter, and terrific advice and options. You can see she places her clients first. I look forward to other tours with her.”

Review of the Las Coloradas and Rio Lagartos tour from Tulum, with pink lagoons, wildlife, meals, transport tips, costs, and honest drawbacks.

“The sights themselves are all worth a visit and the experiences are great! But the organization leaves a lot to be desired. We took the bus from Tulum and had to change in Playa del Carmen, which would not be a problem. However, about 10 minutes later we made a short stop at a gas station (should take 5 to 10 minutes). The bus driver drove to another gas station to fill up on diesel and only came back after an hour. Of course, the time was missing at the end at the sights. So the journey took about 5.5 hours in total. The guide couldn't make any clear statements,…”

“Interesting and beautiful places to visit. Translamex sa de cv tour co pros- places visited on the itinerary was cool. Enjoyed the boat tour and walking in the mud! Bring appropriate footwear. Lunch was ok. Cons- 1. late pickup. Waited 60 mins, tried contacting tour co but got disconnected. Even our hotel tried too. 2. Communication by the tour guide were limited and she had to alternate between the 2 minibuses. Instead of having max of 15 ppl in this tour we had nearly doubled.”

Review of the Las Coloradas tour from Playa del Carmen, with Rio Lagartos wildlife, pink salt lagoons, long transfers, meals, and practical tips.

“Where do I start . It’s a 14:30 day from Cancun because you stop in Playa del Carmen to pick up people. Not 12 like they say .The total amount of time spent on the activities was 2.5 hours. The pink lake is actually a salt company so you have to be creative in taking your pictures it’s not a beach . We were left behind by the guide and driver 2x without any instructions and they left with our belongs. We finished our activity and came out to an empty parking lot with no one waiting. They said masks needed to be worn but the driver didn’t wear his the…”
