A practical review of eTransfers’ private Cancun Airport to Tulum transfer, with comfort, timing, meeting points, vehicle size, and service concerns.

“This is a scam. They will sell you a private transfer to your resort and it is not. They told us this story about not having enough vans, we could ride with other people, or we would have to wait longer. So, we agreed to ride with another group. However the other group didn’t agree. So what did they do? They took the other group that wasn’t willing to share and took Them to resort. And made us wait Anyways. Afterwards, there were two Other couples that arrived after us that were whisked away in vans- and continued to make us wait Until another group agreed to Ride with us.…”

“It’s extremely scary to arrive in another country with your child and your transportation never arrives. After several calls and attempts to locate my driver I ended up contacting Viator. They were unable to reach the company too. I walked around and asked the other drivers and kiosks located at pickup if they could help me locate my driver and only one person had heard of the company. He did try and help but he couldn’t reach them either. He did have a second number for them but still no one answered after several tries.”
