If you’re going to sell me a ferry ticket, make it available to use through the confirmation or in the app. This was frustrating, stressful and unnecessary.”

Our dive master was good, though. This was the only dive trip I’ve ever been on where they forgot to turn on my air. I jumped in the ocean and couldn’t breathe.
