“We were waiting for the shuttle at the address they provided that was closest to us, which was a 30 minute walk, and they never showed. We got an email after our pickup time saying to disregard our original pickup time and meet at a completely different location (the time had already passed.) When I called, I was told our pickup location was not an option, yet it was chosen on their website. This was a complete scam. I will be disputing all charges.
